Refund and Returns Policy

Trust&Trip Experiences Pvt Ltd – Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective from 01 September 2023

Trust&Trip customers eligible for refunds will receive the refund amount within 90 working days from the date of cancellation or once the supplier(s) processes the refund, whichever is later. For refunds related to on-trip cancellations, customers will receive the refund amount within 90 working days from the date of return or when the supplier(s) processes the refund, whichever is later.

General Refund Terms:

1. Exchange Rates: Refund amounts are subject to changes based on international exchange rates, refunds received from suppliers, and payments received from customers to date. Any change in the refund amount will be communicated by the respective account managers.
2. Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 90 working days once approved by the suppliers.

Flights:

1. Non-Refundable Flights: For flights marked as “Non-Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, no refund will be provided.
2. Refundable Flights: For refundable flights, the refund will be processed as per the cancellation policy mentioned in the final itinerary or email.
3. Flight Disruptions: Trust&Trip is not responsible for flight cancellations, delays, or grounding. Any refund requests for such disruptions must be addressed directly with the airline, and refunds will be processed based on the airline’s policies.
4. Passport Validity: Customers must ensure their passports have at least 1-year validity and are in good condition. No refund will be provided if boarding is denied due to an invalid passport.
5. Airport Transfers: If customers miss their flights due to delays not caused by Trust&Trip, refunds will not be provided. In cases where transfers are arranged by us, flight cancellations due to delays specific to a region are not covered under refund.
6. Baggage and Check-In: Baggage limitations will be detailed in the travel vouchers. Additional charges due to baggage breaches will be the customer’s responsibility.
7. Meal Preferences: Trust&Trip will request preferred meals on flights, but the availability and quality are controlled by the airline.

Hotels:

1. Non-Refundable Hotels: No refunds will be provided for hotels marked as “Non-Refundable” on the final travel vouchers.
2. Refundable Hotels: Refunds for refundable hotels will be processed as per the cancellation policy detailed in the final itinerary or email. Variations may occur based on international exchange rates.
3. On-Trip Changes: Trust&Trip is not responsible for changes in hotel quality, staff behavior, or cleanliness. Any room upgrades or additional amenities purchased on-trip will be charged to the customer. Changes to hotel bookings made during the trip are subject to a 100% cancellation fee for the original booking.
4. Check-In/Check-Out Requests: Early check-in or late check-out is at the hotel’s discretion. No refunds will be provided for denial of these requests.

Activities:

1. Non-Refundable Activities: For activities marked as “Non-Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, no refunds will be provided.
2. Refundable Activities: Refunds for refundable activities will be processed based on the cancellation policy mentioned in the itinerary or email. Refunds may be subject to international exchange rate fluctuations.

Transfers:

Refunds for transfers will follow the cancellation policy detailed in the final itinerary. Variations in refund amounts may occur based on exchange rates.

Visa & Insurance:

Insurance: Insurance policies, once applied, are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Visa: Trust&Trip serves as a facilitator for Visa processing. We will assist with Visa documentation and formalities, but Visa approval or rejection is at the discretion of the embassy. Visa fees are non-refundable in case of rejection.
