Four nights of unfiltered North Goa for the budget group, the ₹16k version that doesn't pretend to be the ₹22k version with worse rooms. Base in a budget-but-clean Calangute/Baga 2-star or upmarket-hostel (The Hosteller Anjuna private rooms is our default for groups under 30) so the beach, the bars, and the budget food places are all walkable. Itinerary keeps the things that actually make a group Goa trip, a North Goa beach-hop, water sports at Calangute, one Tito's lane night, a group dinner at one of the legendary cheaper shacks (Souza Lobo or St. Anthony's), Anjuna market visit, and trims the things that sound nice on paper but eat budget (no spice plantation, no Old Goa heritage day; they're optional add-ons if the group wants). Group of 6+ on shared dorm beds or 4-person rooms; quoted rate per person. We use mini-cab vans for the planned outings and individual scooters for everything else (₹500/day each, group leader pre-books at Wheelo). For the budget-conscious group that came to Goa for the beach + the night-out and not the curated Instagram experience, this is the package. We don't dress it up beyond what it is.

5-day plan with pace, stay, transfers and meals on each day. Swap, slow down, or add anything, every day is editable before you pay.
Group lands at Mopa or Dabolim. Mini-van to Calangute/Anjuna stay (60-90 min). Check-in from 14:00, rooms allocated by twin/triple/4-person config the group leader confirms. Light afternoon at the property pool / hostel rooftop. 17:30 group walking warm-up to Calangute beach for sunset (5 min). 19:30 group dinner at Souza Lobo, Calangute, long table on the sand, set menu (we book in advance for the group; pomfret recheado, prawn curry rice, dal-rice options for vegetarians). Easy first night.
Breakfast at hotel/hostel. 10:00 mini-van for the North Goa beach-hop, Calangute (water sports stretch: parasailing + banana boat + jet-ski combo, 1 ticket per adult), then Baga (lunch at St. Anthony's beach shack, group can split bills, beer + fries + grilled fish), Anjuna (afternoon at Curlies / Shiva Valley, don't bring valuables to the bar), Vagator headland (Chapora Fort sunset, the Dil Chahta Hai viewpoint). Back to property 21:00 for shower + change. 23:00 the club night at Tito's, Mambos, or Cape Town Cafe (we pre-book entry; drinks own). Late night.
Sleep in (group will need it). Late breakfast 09:30. Free morning, group splits up: some hit the property pool, some hit Calangute beach, some take their scooter rentals to a quiet spot. Group leader can organise an optional spice plantation half-day (₹800/person, mini-van with guide, 4 hours) for those interested. Late afternoon: drive to Anjuna Wednesday flea (if Wednesday) or Saturday Night Market in Arpora (if Saturday). Dinner at the market stalls. Back to property by 23:00. Late drinks.
Breakfast at hotel/hostel. Free morning. 16:30 mini-van to Aguada Fort + Sinquerim lighthouse sunset (last sunset of the trip, panoramic Arabian Sea). Free evening, group splits up: some go back to Tito's for round 2, some hit a beach shack for last drinks (Curlies, Britto's, Fisherman's Wharf), some grab a quiet seafood place. We give the group leader 3 specific recommendations: Souza Lobo (legendary), Pousada by the Beach (mid-tier sea-front), Bean Me Up (vegan, hidden gem). Last late night.
Final breakfast at the property. Hotel checkout 11:00 (we extend till 12:00 for groups). Last walk to Calangute beach for those still upright. Mini-van to airport, timed against your group's flight (we'll batch flights so the van makes one or two trips). Goodbye Goa.

Honest answer: the difference is the hotel category and 2 fewer planned activities. The ₹22k group package uses 3-star Sun N Sand-grade hotels with proper buffet breakfast, includes a spice plantation thali day and an Old Goa heritage half-day. The ₹16k version uses 2-star Country Inn-grade hotels or The Hosteller upmarket-hostel, drops the cultural day, and keeps everything that's actually beach-and-bar-focused. Same beach-hop, same water sports, same club night. If you came to Goa for forts and churches, take the ₹22k. If you came for the bar and the beach, the ₹16k is correct.
It's not a 4-star resort, it's an upmarket-hostel. Private rooms (4-person rooms for groups) are clean, attached bath, AC, Wi-Fi, breakfast, the basics done well. Common areas (rooftop, cafe, lounge) are vibrant and group-friendly. Female-only dorms are available. Lockers in rooms. 24-hour reception. We've sent 50+ groups here in 2 years; the consistent feedback: clean, safe, well-located, social by default. If a 4-star hotel is what you specifically want, take the ₹22k group package.

Realistic budget for a 4-night Goa group trip on top of the package: lunches ₹1,500-2,000 (beach shacks 4 days), additional dinners ₹1,500-2,500 (3 days, mix of cheap shacks and 1 nicer place), club night drinks ₹1,500-2,500 (depends on how hard you go), scooter rental + fuel ₹2,500 (4 days at ₹500 + ₹700 fuel), tips and small expenses ₹500-1,000. Total ₹7,500-9,000/person on top of the ₹16k package. We tell groups to budget ₹25-26k all-in for honest comfort.
Yes, we add as optional half-days for sub-groups within the booking. Old Goa + Panjim half-day with English-speaking guide is ₹700/person for the sub-group (minimum 4 people). Sahakari Spice Plantation tour + thali is ₹800/person for the sub-group (minimum 4 people). Mini-van + guide arranged for the day. Sub-group pays direct or settles via Splitwise; the group leader coordinates.
Honest answer: depends on how close to travel. >30 days out, 100% refund for cancellations. 15-30 days, 75%. 7-15 days, 50%. Within 7 days, refund covers only what we can reclaim from the hotel/airline (typically 0-30%). The remaining group's price doesn't change, we lock in the group rate at 6+ regardless of last-minute drops, and we'd rather the travelling group has a great time than the cancellation messes up the cost split.
