Trust&Trip Experiences Pvt Ltd – Refund and Returns Policy

Trust and Trip customers eligible for refunds will receive the refund amount within 90 working days from the date of cancellation or once the supplier(s) processes the refund, whichever is later. For Refund and Returns Policy related to on-trip cancellations, customers will receive the refund amount within 90 working days from the date of return or when the supplier(s) processes the refund, whichever is later.

General Refund Terms:
- Exchange Rates: Refund amounts are subject to changes based on international exchange rates, refunds received from suppliers, and payments received from customers to date. Any change in the refund amount will be communicated by the respective account managers.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 90 working days once approved by the suppliers.
Hotels:
- Non-Refundable Hotels: No refunds will be provided for hotels marked as “Non-Refundable” on the final travel vouchers.
- Refundable Hotels: Refunds for refundable hotels will be processed as per the For Refund and Returns Policy related to on-trip cancellations, customers will receive the refund amount within 90 working days from the date of return or when the supplier(s) processes the refund, whichever is later. detailed in the final itinerary or email. Variations may occur based on international exchange rates.
- On-Trip Changes: Trust&Trip is not responsible for changes in hotel quality, staff behavior, or cleanliness. Any room upgrades or additional amenities purchased on-trip will be charged to the customer. Changes to hotel bookings made during the trip are subject to a 100% cancellation fee for the original booking.
- Check-In/Check-Out Requests: Early check-in or late check-out is at the hotel’s discretion. No refunds will be provided for denial of these requests.
Activities:
- Non-Refundable Activities: For activities marked as “Non-Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, no refunds will be provided.
- Refundable Activities: Refunds for refundable activities will be processed based on the cancellation policy mentioned in the itinerary or email. Refunds may be subject to international exchange rate fluctuations.
Transfers:
Refunds for transfers will follow the For Refund and Returns Policy related to on-trip cancellations, customers will receive the refund amount within 90 working days from the date of return or when the supplier(s) processes the refund, whichever is later. detailed in the final itinerary. Variations in refund amounts may occur based on exchange rates.
Visa & Insurance:
Insurance: Insurance policies, once applied, are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Visa: Trust&Trip serves as a facilitator for Visa processing. We will assist with Visa documentation and formalities, but Visa approval or rejection is at the discretion of the embassy. Visa fees are non-refundable in case of rejection.
